Chatbots traditionally haven’t gotten much traction amongst healthcare marketers, especially those marketing hospitals and health systems.
These marketers tend to be conservative about adopting new marketing technology tools. Their budgets are always tight, too. The fear of inadvertently collecting personal information and thus violating strict HIPAA guidelines didn’t help either.
