Ready for Chatbots, Healthcare Marketers?

Chatbots traditionally haven’t gotten much traction amongst healthcare marketers, especially those marketing hospitals and health systems.

These marketers tend to be conservative about adopting new marketing technology tools. Their budgets are always tight, too. The fear of inadvertently collecting personal information and thus violating strict HIPAA guidelines didn’t help either.

I was really excited to see what Piedmont Health in Georgia was doing with Loyal’s chatbot platform. Loyal’s purpose-built for hospitals and health systems and is fully HIPAA compliant.
