Managing Frequently Asked Questions Database

One of our potential bot clients wants to upload a long list of FAQs and add all new questions users ask to that ever-growing knowledge base.
Any ideas as to how we could accomplish this?

Actually was thinking the same area. But, on a FAQ database in a NLP environment is entities and scenarios. So you would basically be reinventing the wheel for a database. Instead look as ways to have the questions translate to your account and then supply the answers if the person would need an answer. Your database is your AI and NLP. The database would basically be the client interaction with the bot so that it can learn from the user’s input. I may be wrong, but, you have to think in terms of stories.
