Working on a financial chatbot and it needs to call an API that let’s users login and link their bank accounts to the chatbot. I am wondering if I can write code for the chatbot to call the API and add it to a platform like ChatFuel, Octane.ai etc which I used to build the bot?

You can certainly do that with my employers Bot service (Oracle), I would be very surprised if you couldn’t elsewhere.
